Warranty Department hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM CST.

Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC or Appliance Issues:

For any electrical, plumbing, heat/air (HVAC) or appliance issues, please contact the appropriate vendor directly, as those warranties come from the vendor. You will find their information in your Homeowner's Guide or vendor sticker inside your kitchen cabinet.

Submission Agreement


AGREEMENT*
By submitting this request for warranty service, I am agreeing to be available during the 7 to 10 days from initial contact with the field warranty technician for warranty work to be scheduled and completed. If I am unable to provide availability during the days required to complete the work, I will need to wait to submit this request for warranty service; however, the request must be submitted within the parameters of my Brightland Homes, Ltd. Limited Warranty. Entry to the home must be provided during normal working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to Noon or 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
